The Agent Grad School Summer Book Club is back again for 2021!
Here’s how the summer book club works:
Agent Grad School students choose one non-fiction book to read per month between Memorial Day and Labor Day — June, July, August. At the end of each month, our student-run book club hosts a discussion about how to apply the strategies from each book to our real estate businesses and then we share each of the book club discussions on the podcast.
Here are the books our students picked to read this summer. Take the time now to order them from your favorite bookseller or borrow them from the library. That way you’ll be ready to follow along each month!
The Go-Giver: A Little Story About A Powerful Business Idea by Bob Burg & John David Mann

Playing Big: Practical Wisdom for Women Who Want to Speak Up, Create and Lead By Tara Mohr
Named a Best Book Of The Year by Apple’s ibooks! Tara says this book is for you if:
- You feel a calling or longing to play bigger, but you feel afraid or unsure about the next right steps.
- You want to make a positive difference in the world but feel held back in some way.
- You feel done with striving to play big on the world’s terms – but you do want to play big according to what that truly means to you.

Join us in July as we read Playing Big. The book club discussion for Agent Grad School students will be the last week of July and we’ll be sharing the discussion on the podcast the first week of August.
You Are A Badass At Making Money: Master The Mindset of Wealth By Jen Sincero
New York Magazine says this book is “A cheerful manifesto on removing obstacles between yourself and the income of your dreams.”
In her hilarious and “tell-it-like-it-is” style she’s known for, Jen Sincero shares the story of her own transformation—over just a few years—from a woman living in a converted garage to a woman who travels the world in style. Jen says this book will teach us how to:
- Uncover what’s holding us back from making money
- Give doubts, fears, and excuses the heave-ho
