Step One:
Helping clients buy and sell houses is a repeatable process. You should essentially be doing the same steps every time. But, you should be doing this in a way that blows your clients minds and has them telling everyone they know and wanting to use us again without you having to call, pop-by, throw parties, or do coffee. Your doctor, dentist, accountant, hairstylist and plumber don’t hound people for clients and neither should you. Having the right system in place gives you peace of mind so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel with every client, helps your clients reach their real estate agents in a way that feels great for them, AND gets you referrals and repeat clients automatically without you having to say a word.
Having all the clients you need and want AND a system to do everything that comes next sounds great, but it leaves one thing missing. And, unfortunately, this is where most courses, coaches, and training programs stop short. Because, behind the curtain, what it takes to do it all is people – an assistant, transaction coordinator, buyer’s agent, or an entire marketing team.
