I hesitated making a huge financial commitment, but knew I needed to make a change. And I was hesitant about AGS not working because like the other programs, I was concerned about not fitting into the philosophy of the dynamics, instruction, etc that the other programs offered.
I was then concerned that once I joined, I wouldn't get the effective coaching, the tools, the guidance or questions answered… but just given everything and being told 'here you go' and left to flounder on my own. Jennifer and AGS is sooooo far from that. I get training from her (not other coaches hired by her). I get a great community of students of all backgrounds and experience coming together and supporting each other. I also get ALL my questions answered and due to my schedule, if I can't make live classes (which are awesome), I don't 'lose out'-- but can watch them on replays! Totally different than any other program.
She tells us the good, bad and the ugly, how she's been through it, and how we can get through it… again with her number one goal of making each one of us as successful as we want to make it. It's a different approach. No cold calling, which I love. It's a different mindset, looking at people as people not transactions, and a different perspective on marketing.
I've gotten at least one closing directly because of what I've implemented in this program since I started it a few months ago as well as a few clients that are actively looking directly linked to what I have implemented. What AGS has done for me is priceless. It has shown me a side of real estate that I knew was always there. I hated the real estate industry when I first became an agent. I did not want to door knock or cold-call or manipulate people into buying or selling. Everything everyone taught me about how to run a business was not authentic to who I was.

There are many programs that promise the stars but never deliver. I have tried them and hated that I wasted my money. That is what made my decision hard to join Agent Grad School. I was skeptical because I did not want to join another program and waste more money.
Agent Grad School literally holds your hand throughout the entire process. You are provided with tools to help you in every aspect of your business. The most important thing is you are taught how to build a foundation for your business and how to successfully run your business. Jennifer is also available weekly to help you when you get stuck or have a question, whether it is about a transaction or your website.
Her story aligned with mine and I wanted to be successful in real estate but never had the right tools.
Jennifer promised to share the tools necessary to be successful and I believed her. But since committing, the value I have received is exceptionally greater than the membership cost.

I was not expecting to actually speak with Jennifer. Most programs you go through "trainers" or other people and don't actually talk to the creator and mastermind of the program. I love that Jennifer is so active with her students.
My biggest takeaway is that you CAN have the business of your dreams. You definitely have to put in the work, but if you do it, things will fall in place.

It's been so REFRESHING not to have to conform to industry standards that push spending thousands on leads, making cold calls, door-knocking target areas, or posting 3-5 times daily on social media.

AGS is a never-ending source of direction, guidance, support, and inspiration.
It is a high-touch version of the podcast on steroids.
So many other coaching programs seem to have only 1 play in their book, and it's all based on interrupting someone to get their attention, to then persuading or coercing them to buy. Cold call, door knock, social media posts, FSBO, Expireds, etc. Ugh. Professionals (doctors, lawyers, CPAs, even plumbers) don't do this.
Instead, Jen teaches you to get people coming to you. She provides coursework to help you figure out what that looks like for you, and very high-touch coaching when you need it to bring it all together.

It doesn't bombard you with 50 different things to implement all at once and overwhelm you.
AGS breaks things down step by step and gets you started where it makes the most sense for where you are in your business currently. Not everyone starts in the same place, but everyone comes full circle in the program and obtains all the valuable information that's included in the course.
You aren't trying to learn everything at once, the course allows you to work at your pace and implement things as you go. It holds you accountable and Jennifer is committed to your success too.
As a mother of two young kids trying show houses, go on listing appointments, and figure out what's for dinner all at the same time can be overwhelming some days and I have to prioritize my daily activities without driving myself crazy to cram it all in. This program allows you to work on the course any time of day, you can pause when needed and pick right back up where you left off. If you miss one of the live workshops, it's ok, it's recorded and you can watch it on your time.

My only regret is that I didn’t find AGS sooner!

It's a more practical and hands on approach than the office trainings I have received, so it's given me guidance and a framework for setting up my business. AGS is far superior to the one-on-one mentoring sessions I signed up with at my brokerage. I was hesitant because of the financial obligation, however, I was experiencing a lull in my business and was feeling very tempted to purchase online leads. I weighed the costs of each, and then realized that investing in AGS is investing in the long haul for my business, whereas buying leads was a temporary band-aid. There is something different about this program-It is very step by step, very interactive, I don't have to think a lot, I just have to to implement and act. You do have to implement, but this course makes it so easy.

I cringe at the thought of sitting through a typical seminar or training course provided to real estate agents - it feels so fake and forced. I love that Jennifer looked outside the real estate market to learn how to be successful in real estate. She understands about building relationships, being consistent and authentic, and providing great service, and a great experience.
I have been in situations where I have had a last minute listing appointment or buyer consultation, and being able to go in to the portal and watch a video is like an instant pep talk. But my favorite resource is the live calls. Agents from around the country share their situations, and I ALWAYS learn something whether it's a new approach to a situation, or I am inspired to try something new. It's very honest and supportive.

As a new agent, any substantial cost is overwhelming, especially since cashflow seems to only flow out in one direction at first. I realized that the only way to be successful is to invest in yourself, so with that advice I decided to take the plunge.

I can now see, when they send me invitations for trainings, that it was all a waste of time and piecemeal. Not a step-by-step plan and, therefore, not intended to actually move me forward in what was really necessary to become a successful real estate agent. And I don't understand why! I make money, they make money.
I love the step-by-step guide to success provided. I love that you have weekly availability. I love how easy you have made it for us to succeed with exactly what to do and when, and everything is beautifully designed and written out.
